Day three

We had 2 days in the local hospital, saw probably 200 people. Mostly hernias, lipomas and goiters. The surgeons have begun operating on the little things, our container is still held up in port. Tomorrow we go into a village about an hour into the country.  I will send  pictures as I get to a wifi that has better band with. 

One interesting problem is that one of our members had a syncopal episode with seizure. Our team took care of her, and I was proud of the teams performance. We had to send our patient off to Kumasi, 2 hrs to the N. 3 of our tea went out with the rig and 2 more followed behind. We had her fairly well packaged and the diagnoses made.

Tomorrow we start early.
